I was out there the same time as these guys and conditions were very tough. How in the heck? Live bait maybe??

Sometimes little things make a big difference. It doesn't have to be that they had live bait, but it could have been. They could have found a pattern you didn't find. Or found some structure holding fish that they could key on.Originally posted by Z7X View Post

Fished the poc Friday evening tournament (5-8:30). Couldn’t find the trout we were looking for and went searching for good reds.... caught some decent ones in the 25-26” range and then got on some just a little too long. Placed 3rd and were .6 lbs away from first. Hurts that we were so close but we had a blast out there!!!Attached FilesComment
