We have a new Bayboat owner in the family. My oldest (bboswell2) made a deal on his first boat and incurred his first debt today.



Part of the deal was updating the wrap so it’s gone to get that done before he takes possession. Plan now is to keep the same letter color and basic design but have a sea foam green background and have name changed to Team Boswell.

I had an 18' Shoalwater like that many years ago. I think it was around '93 or so. They are rough and they are wet but they run pretty shallow and I caught a ton of fish out of it. Just a nice, simple fishing boat. I hope he has as much fun in his as I did in mine.

Thanks for your experience. We knew the wet and rough going in but a bunch of our fishing is LLM so he was set on shallow to SHALLOW! [emoji6]

Ive tried to fish with my son as much as possible this year and the next too till he graduates.

Snagged a tournament contender a little early. Hoping his twin brother will be around in few weeks. 1/8'' shy of 28. Trout have been plentiful in Aransas / Ingleside all week too. Stocking up the freezer.
