    New land baron in Texas

So, I had the opportunity to look at some properties today and settled on a 40ac tract with a working well already setup and pumping water to a 3k storage tank. It's just NW of RS off of HWY 55 on the south side of the road. While driving around the place we saw deer and axis and tons of hog sign along with highly used game trails. Gonna make them an offer and hope for the best. It's in God's hands.

Hope they accept. Owning your own place is incredible. Best of luck.

Sounds like a great weekend place. 2 hours or less?

Being that I was born was an abnormally large and heavy foot, it took me just a tad over 1.5hrs from my house near Helotes to the property..

This pic is facing east from the highest spot on the property, same spot as the previous pic. I think this spot will be perfect for our retirement home.......

Looks like it's gonna provide with some great views!

You may be pretty close to TBHer Bisch.
