Registering MilSurp trailer

So I have this bright idea that I want an offroad trailer, M416, M105, M110*, etc.

Trying to figure out with the laws that changed a few years ago relating to the homemade trailers, etc, in getting one registered and then title requirements.

Most of these trailers you find around don't have titles or look to even be registered and with the homemade trailer changes, it's a multitrip venture to get even a truly home built trailer legal.

Anyone know the skinny on this? (*skinny=lowdown, not THE Skinny)

this link explains it very well. I bought a trailer w no title recently, had to get a police inspection and got it registered, it was really pretty simple. You local registration office can give you the number to call to set up the inspection
