Thoughts on 2018 Nissan Armada SUV?

We are currently looking for a new SUV for my wife. The Nissan Armada has caught our eye even though it’s a bit smaller than our Toyota Sequoia.

Anyone have a 2017 or newer model?

    Thoughts?

    Opinions?

    Issues?

    Thanks in advance!!

Wife and I have an ‘18 armada platinum. We’ve owned three armadas since 2010 and everyone of them have performed flawlessly.

We have a 2011. 140k miles, zero problems.
Gas mileage isn’t great, around 15.5 mpg.
Going to run it past 200k before we get something to replace it.

I have 3 Titans and they have been very good. A friend is on their 2nd Armada and it is a loaded up platinum. I know he went to Oregon to buy it, supposedly save a ton of money doing it that way. I know when we get one of the titan work trucks paid off an Armada will be looked at for a new ride.

Our ‘10 got about the same mileage. The ‘18 does considerably better. It’s averaged 18.4 mpg over 9800 miles of driving.

Looking as well. Need to replace our Expedition. The Armada seems to be a comparable option. Good to hear honest feedback.

We love ours! Tons of HP and got almost 19 coming back from Dallas on I20 keeping up with traffic. '18 Armada SL
Heated leather. 2nd row bench instead of the buckets with center console that doesn't move.

This is the model we’re thinking about. All the bells and whistle without the Platinum price tag.

Has anyone gone from being in a sequoia or Tahoe/suburban to a Nissan Armada???

                  Any complaints or regrets?

Wife drives a 17 Infiniti limited, same vehicle, drove suburbans and Tahoe’s for years. She loves the Infiniti, plenty of room and feels like more power and a better ride. 39,000 miles with 0 issues and no regrets.

The wife has a '12 armada, gas mileage isn't great and I think they should handle better, especially out here in the windy west, other than that it's been a trouble free ride.

Currently, renting one while family is in town. I think it’s a ‘19 model. Had only 600 miles when we picked it up. Pretty loaded. Drove around Houston and Katy a bit and then to Santa’s wonderland over by College Station. Overall about 15.5 MPG so far. Nice ride. Third row not really designed for humans lol... not full sized ones anyways... pretty tiny. Oh, and we have three little ones strapped into the second row so can’t access the third row without crawling in from the back.

Toyota to Nissan sounds like a downgrade to me.

Friend of mine drives a Pathfinder. It gets crazy good gas mileage.

My wife likes them, but we will end up with the tahoe.
