Ok finished product turned out gooooood. My only complaint is that I had gotten some salt lick dry rub as a gift and it’s a little on the peppery side. Hoping the homemade sauce will cool it off.

The A-Maz-N pellet tray. Great little invention. Holds pellets that smoke really good for about 3-4 hours. Turns anything into a smoker lol.

That pellet trey is a cool idea. I used it when I lived overseas to smoke bacon I had made. Could not get any real wood to smoke it with and found that trey, it really did a great job.
