Try ragweed forge? Not sure if they build full length axes or not, but they have a good selection of hawks and hatchets.

You ain’t kidding. I have a really nice splitting axe. He’s 11 and runs the handle on the Honda powered splitter like a champ.

Liam Hoffman builds some great stuff .

I was the one on Forged in Fire. I make a tomahawk every once in a while, but Liam Hoffman is a full time smith who specializes in axes. I'd recommend him.
