    Bitzenburger help!!

Just got a bitzenburger from my gf for Christmas and can’t seem to get the nock rotator bearings to drop so that I can turn the arrow. Can’t seem to find any info online for that. Can anyone help a brotha out?

Are two of the set screws up and one down?

As in 120 for 3 fletch or 90 for four fletch?

Yes. I’ve tried every possible combination. Trying to use the 90 for 4 fletch

Contact the manufacture, might have a bad jig, never had that problem with mine.

Maybe one, or both, of the two screws which are down are too tight? Try to loosen them a turn or two.

On the set screw you’ve chosen, back it off some

I have 3 set screws for the 3 different fletchings. Without tearing mine apart, underneath those set screws should be a ball and a spring that lifts when the knob is rotated.

I’d take all 3 screws out and careful dump the springs and ball bearings out (make sure not to lose them) to see if anything is wrong - should spin freely without them. Seems like something’s too tight as already been mentioned.

Yea you just have the selected set screw too tight. Back it out until it will rotate.

My mistake, one is down and two are up. I didn’t have mine in front of me and was going off memory.

I have had the problem of the arrow not turning if the one screw was too tight. If this isn’t your problem, I hope you find the correct solution.

Found out the base of the nock receiver had a serious nick in it causing it to not rotate. Called bitzenburger and they’re overnighted me a new one. Great customer service!
