Where to go in Jan?

Wife and I are going to take a quick trip somewhere the first week of January but can’t decide where. We’ve tossed around Denver, Nashville, and Tahoe so far but are pretty open. What you got GS?

Jackson, Wyoming
You can fly right in and the town is very western feel with holiday cheer. Small ice skating rink on the square.
Touristy but a neat little town during Christmas Time.
Take a drive north of town to see elk, bison, bighorn sheep, moose, deer, etc.
Lots of snow in the Colorado Rockies too right now and piling up.
