Forewarning: the Houston - Spring craigslist post could potentially be a scam. I work in that area and there is a lot of 1-2 acre tracts backing up to government land. It is my understanding that it is illegal to kill any game with any type of weapon on a property under 10 acres.

Just confirmed. It’s one acre, no bow hunting, $500 a season, pay 2019 and 2020 up front, and they want three people on it.
