FYI - I contacted him by email to ask if the lease was still available (it is), and for details. He said he is looking to fill 2 spots out of 5. Electric and water available if you have a camper (hook ups), some feeders and blinds, or you can use your own. Okay, so far so good, but then he said "this is not a lease for you if you're a meat hunter...we don't have an abundance of deer."


For me, the search continues.

Just had this forwarded to me from an old colleague of mine. He has since retired and one of his buddies is the landowner. I know nothing about the ranch and am not in need of a lease so please don't ask me any questions about it, just sharing!
