Have a private detective follow the wife. Find out if she is drinking, partying, leaving the kids with sitters, or seeing another guy.

It’s expensive but it will help your son. Proof is all that matters. The judge is gonna send them to mediation most likely. The judge wants as much as possible agreed upon before they come to court.

Your word versus her word is pointless. Communicate through text only and save EVERYTHING.
