If it is Huisache, which it looks like to me, the only place I have seen any is the ranchers that brought in fresh South Texas cattle. The Winters Ranches in Coryell, Hamilton and Mills counties have plenty in their traps.

Keep it, its good deer food. Just cut it down every 4-5 years, the resprout deer will munch on it.

It's no so bad in areas that get some decent freezing weather, they don't like it cold.
