I'm my opinion about 400$, with the altered stock. I would look on Gunbroker to see what you can find. From the photo it appears to be a rifle configuration, they also made a carbine model. I used to have a carbine, and would shoot it often. But with that rifle you have to be careful of your loads, do to the single locking lug.

I also ended up with a carbine that is unaltered. I’m hanging on to that one.

What would you put on a complete carbine in decent shape?

A legitimate carbine in good shape with correct sights would start around $1200 normally. However, there are lots of imitations that look legit. I’ve got a long rifle in pristine shape with cleaning kit, bayonet, original sling and ammo carrier in my collection. A real carbine is on the list to get one day

I just broke this thing down and the stock is in kinda rough shape. And I stole the elevator site to put on the carbine. So. It may be a project gun.
