The best ground blind chairs I have are homemade bases that I welded up with a boat seat from Academy on top. I didn’t mention those earlier because I thought the OP was looking at commercially available seats.

Saw this and thought of a Matco mechanic chair I've had for 25 years. It's got a back it's cushioned and it has wheels. I'm not trying to sell it I just thought it might be an option. It might be a little low for hunting?

You could build that chair with a step stool, seat swivel and the seat of your choice and have the exact same thing.

Used office chairs all the way. A lot better for napping.

                      Armrests, armrests, armrests.

Drive by your local university dormitories at semester’s end. I’ve pulled a few office chairs out of dumpsters in good shape.

Blynd chairs are great for me in my popups because of the low windows.

Folding metal card table chairs. About $1.00 in a thrift shop, all metal, quit, your butt will swivel very easy in it. If you want it lower, hack saw the legs down. I have them in all the box blinds I use. They last for years. If you fold them up when you leave, birds will nest on them.

Buy a Millennium blind chair and be done! So comfortable. Folds up easy to carry around too.

                                This ^^^

I don't know how to weld so made the bases out of 2x4. Worked great for several years. Cushy and quiet.
