I use imitation vanilla. It seems to work pretty well when scattered around on the corn. I have also found persimmon corn, or apple corn to work well too. In the past I have used c'mere deer powder, and it seemed to work great too. Haven't used it in a while though.

Some deer dont like the sight of a feeder, but slip up to the edge of a thicket and dump 100 pounds of corn in a pile and put a camera on it, you will be surprised how many bucks will eat from that pile, refresh it every week.

Lol!! I have 2 of those on my place & they work really well.

But I do fill them every 2-3 days. I enjoy doing so & it seems to have the deer getting used to me .

I use a mix of Record Rack Cherry Crush and their protein pellets. I’ve been doing this routine for about 3 months now & it seems I might need to hang another one . Maybe on a tree here in the backyard.
