Pictures Not Showing Up?????

I had several calls over the weekend from members and lurkers who do not see the pictures embedded in TBH posts. I see them fine on both my work and home computers. Clues??

Anyone else having trouble with this and is there a known solution??

Woodrow your a man of many words Yea it took me a little while to realize that you have to be logged in to see the pics. My question is.........Does the new system seem slower? May be just my PC but I have not noticed this with other sites. Any thoughts?

I think that issue is fixed. Somebody let me know if you continue to have problems.

Is the slow issue consistent or is it something you just started experiencing? It seemed a little slow this morning, but seems to be fine now. My experience for the last week is that it has been consistently faster loading and posting than the Discus had been. I'll monitor it from my end, but let me know if you continue to have issues. There are possibly some things we can tweak.

I'm seeing some pics and not others. I logged out and back in to see that that would work but it did not. It is def. slower today. Ex. "stupids buck pic test" and Sticker siting in mason, pic that Ben took, No pics. The pics in some of the threads that I saw last week are gone... kinks i guess!!

anyone else, that is logged in, still having problems seeing pics. Some work and some don't.

Sometimes the only way I can see the pics is if I go and click on the little paper clip by the title of the thread and when I do that they show up....

Also when i go to post a pic, I yes I am hitting the black paper clip, it shows up in the thread box but when I hit it to preview it , it not there!!!!!!!!

You didn't miss it...I did! I actually shot that buck in January on a hunt with Mary and Jamie (and Justin, Travis and Casey). It was a couple of weeks after I first moved to Paris, so things were very hectic and I never had time to get it all put together and posted. After things "settled down" (yeah right!), I decided that I would save it for our DVD project. I know some will frown at that, but I wanted to have an "unseen" video or two on the video.

I actually shot another nice buck, as well. That video ended up not making the cut. I'm still planning to post something about each of those hunts soon. Better nate than lever, huh?
