I have a six camera system, and one camera will not connect to the others. I just got off the phone with support, and they won't warranty the camera unless I go back to the ranch (5.5 hours away) and change the channel on the system, and try again. I'm dead positive that this will not work, because, strangely, the other 5 cameras work just fine on the channel I'm using. Of course, I'm only there on weekends, and their support is only during business hours on weekdays. I just sent back a brand new camera that wouldn't even turn on. I'm so ****ed sorry that I invested so much money in this system. Let the buyer beware when it comes to Cuddeback.
