Miller’s Bbq is in Belton. Exit Central Ave and it is about a quarter mile from the highway. Pretty dadgum good.

Black Box, Miller’s, or Pit Stop

I would say Best Quality Meats in Temple for the trash plate, right on I35. Schoepf’s is great and Miller’s is another good option.

There’s a place at Red Oak on the south bound side of 35E that’s supposed to have good brisket but I haven’t been there yet. RL Harris I think is the name.

Can’t remember the name but it is in Abbott between Hillsboro and West. It is on the east side of the 35 right on service road. Man it is so good and you pile on your own fixings. Great customer service also. The crew looks like they are straight outta duck dynasty but good grub.

If you make it as far as West try the Barbq at the “new” Shell station on the southbound side.
