So I see that Jerry Falwell Jr. and Liberty University have hired disgraced former Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze to lead Liberty University football to the promised land.

So now Falwell Jr. and Liberty U employ former Baylor AD Ian McCaw and former Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze.

Simply priceless.

No doubt some will view it as such. Others will see it as a lesson by a hypocritical institution and a disgraced AD in how to put a righteous spin on the hiring of a winning, dishonest coach who beat Nick Saban twice.

I suppose it's possible there weren't any accomplished, principled and ethical candidates worthy of the job.
