6.6 magnitude earthquake hits Anchorage

Upgraded to a 7.0, centered 7 miles north of Anchorage. I have a friend that lives there and took some serious damage to their house.

Just talked with him again at 530 pm our time. Ends up they don't have any structural damage to the house. Everything that was on the walls, in cabinets or on shelves, is on the floor.

My friends had the same...doesn't seem to be any structural damage that they can tell, but literally everything on shelves and on the wall was knocked off. House is a wreck, but if there isn't any structural damage, I'm sure they'll be glad to clean up and redecorate
