My house is about 3 years old and I noticed the gap between my slab and driveway has grown. The gap is now about an inch wide, but it was poured right next to the slab. Should I be concerned?

No. Typically driveways aren’t attached to the foundation.

This is spot on, the house slab is engineered where the flatwork isn’t so they are seperate, ground might be shifting some. Do you have gutters to displace the water away from the foundation?

        Your driveway is settling.

Fill joint with foam backer rod and pour self leveling caulk (like Masterseal SL1) over that to keep water from getting in between.

Home depot carries Sikaflex. It is just as good.
