DuPont Schedule

Over 30 years of shift work and I’ve worked almost every shift schedule out there. Of all of them, DuPont is my personal favorite. Two weekends off a month, OT every check, and 4 vacation days gets me 14 off. I have only worked 6 days in the past 5 weeks.

I've worked 4 on 4 off, and dupont for shift work schedules. Also worked 5 8's and 4 10's day jobs.
I prefer dupont schedule over anything else. Like a lot of guys have said 84 hr checks every 2 weeks, only work 14 days a month unless schedule or called out for $$overtime$$ 2 weekends off a month, 7 straight days off every month. Taking 4 days vacation at the right time gets u 2 weeks off.
When you do get overtime, you make great money.

I love my job. I like the schedule. Couldn't see myself doing anything else at this point in my life.
