    School me on Youth waders

My son is asking me if I’ll get him some waders so he can join me in duck hunting this year. So Speaking price wise Should I just purchase the waders with fixed sized boots. Or should I get him the stocking foot waders which looks like it comes in a size range. And just buy a larger boot as needed. I do not have any experience with stocking foot waders. And Are they comfortable?

Stocking foot waders are pretty comfortable just put an old shoe on over them

I've never messed with stocking foot waders for my kids as it would seem to be more of a pain to deal with oversized stockings fitting into the right sized boot.
I would just get the regular boot fit waders.

I tried to get my boy some waders, the problem was the boot or sock was too small for him, and he doesn't have big feet for his size either.
And to find a foot size that fit him, the waders were way to big.
I'd suggest to take the boy with you to try several on to make sure it'll work.

Rogers has great youth waders. I generally get the boot a couple sizes big and theyll get a couple seasons out of them before they out grow them.
