Old Hickory knives

Anyone have any info on these knives? I see them used on a particular YouTube channel and the guys love them. But the price doesn’t reflect a quality product. Are they a hack product or are they good?

Got a whole drawer full of them. Going to replace the handles and make me a complete matching set.

I have one my grandmother gave me about 25 years ago that she had when my dad was a kid it gets rusty easy but is a cutting son of a gun!

I have my grandparent's OH knives. Stupid stupid sharp. I also am the proud owner of a Stic converted OH knife that's been turned to a Kephart style blade with a birds eye maple handle. Dang thing is wicked sharp and my primary skinning knife.

I'm always on the lookout at estate sales for these knives. If'n I can find a chefs knife I'll put this Henckels in the drawer.
