    Drove 20 miles east of Houston to mason county to hunt for five days forgot Bow at home that’s messed up

      That is a bummer.

      I drove 1.5 hours once and got there to find I left my quiver at home. I was shooting a recurve and using a back quiver. I switched to bow mounted quivers after that. I could forget the whole bow, but at least if I had my bow I had arrows for it lol.

        Been there and that sucks. I got up early once and raced to the lease for a morning sit (2 hour drive) and discovered once I got there that I’d left my arrows at home. That is when I started making a check-off list for every trip. Even for the supposedly obvious stuff - like a bow.

          Time to bust out the credit card and find the nearest town. Get a new setup in town then sell it for a small loss when you get home

            Back when I tried my hand at hunting public land, I hiked into the woods several miles, got myself settled in, realized I left my release sitting on the bumper of the truck.

              Been there, done that. Had to borrow an arrow from my hunting buddy on that trip.
