What would happen if a Game Warden walked up to you in your hunting blind and you had beer with you?
Is it illegal to drink alcohol while hunting? Bow or Gun?

Not illegal on private property. I think there is a law that makes it illegal to discharge a firearm while under the influence. I guess that's just up to the officers discretion as there is not a specific legal limit.

Man... I misread the initial post as "Is it LEGAL to drink alcohol..."
Dale's/FND's answers threw me for a loop. After rereading the OP, I'm with FishNDude … "Hope not!"

Man I hope not. The hardest part of being quite in my stand is trying to avoid stepping on the empty silver bullets.
