I'll tell you one thing looking back on it now is still creepy to think about. It's one thing to knock a hole in something and find it alive. That coyote I shot with the .243 was tore up somethin awful. That one side was gone....I'm talkin completely gone. Toughest coyote I've ever seen. And probably the nicest colored one I've ever shot. I couldn't even take a picture of it after he was dead. It was that bad. I shot that joker until I was out of bullets in that rifle. Had to shoot it with a .22 pistol before it was all said and done. I'll never forget that.
