Truelife Taxidermy in Granbury is a little pricey but does some amazing work. I am also trying out Rut Country Taxidermy in Boyd right now with a shoulder mount. Their work looks pretty solid and prices are very reasonable with a good turnaround time.

Last Track, Terry Morris in Lake Dallas, fantastic on both my cats and my buddies 2 bucks. Did my nephews wood duck too. All extremely lifelike.
