Thoughts from the blind

I have tried a lot of broad heads and the magnus fly the truest for me. I’m real ocd about arrows and index my fletching,nock and broad heads, I even weigh them out after I cut them. Probably I could go to academy and buy a dozen cheap ones and do the same. [emoji23]



The buzz cuts fly as good and the pigs I have shot with them get pass thrus, but honestly I have not seen any difference between them. Midway had them on sale and just bought more.

It’s all good.
I’ve missed more than I hit.

I tried Slick tricks. They was 4” left of my field points. With my field I had 6 touching a 30 yds. I couldn’t seem to get them to tune right so I tried the Grim Reaper Hades. They grouped good for me. I wanted more but couldn’t find any. I switched to Magnus stinger. I want to get some more but all I can find is the Buzzcut.
I don’t like the serration.

Do/did you notice any improvement in penetration?

Well, I been poking at you pushbutton2, crying like a school girl because nothing is showing and a lone boar came out. Aimed at his arm pit and shot underneath at 30 yards. Like I told chew and smart it was a close miss.

Now I’m at the house eating a cold biscuit with karo syrup and thinking I’m a loser[emoji23][emoji23]

I had hashbrowns with swiss cheese, 6 slices of thick cut hickory smoked bacon and 6 scrambled eggs. :-)

Hunting from a blind is hard work and I need to keep my energy up :-)
