At a loss...

Got in a little while ago from the filling protein feeders at the lease this weekend. Not the best time was had by far. A buddy of mine that was with me, that I hunt with and have known since we were 5, Judd... His dad passed away Saturday morning. He was like a second dad to me. I really can't describe what I'm feeling right now other than "numb". He was one great man that would do anything for anyone, no questions asked. Always involved us kids with everything. Hunting, fishing and having fun no matter what we were doing.

What a great weekend. Megan hosted a "grand re-opening" golf tourney at her course and I put a A team together so we could have a shot at winning it. We did 20 under won it all and then Sunday rolled around and I won Male Bowhunter at the Huaco Bowmen archery club. Shot 10 up. Capped the weekend off with a big steak and a salad last night. Ready for this week!
