MD Anderson surgeon's office sent a blunt phone message to my oncologist that he wasn't going to do the surgery and was referring me back to my doctor (the one that sent me to MD Anderson to get help). Not sure what is going on but mad enough to rip someone's head off right now. I had been warned by friends that they were treated like a number at MDA. Shouldn't be surprised. Start looking around Houston for a colorectal specialist that can do the surgery I need.

Bobby...when given the choice of MD Anderson and Baylor, we chose Baylor for mom. I can't say enough good things about the care she received there. Can you get a referral there? If so...please go check it out.

Our experience in the Breast Cancer Division was filled with kind, caring docs, nurses, etc.

You have some of the best medical centers in the world in Texas. If you need to have the surgery done at Stanford University Medical Center, the best out here, I can pick up up at the airport after next Tuesday when I return from AsiaPac travel.

It's understandable you want to rip somebody's head off right now. Just pray and remember Jesus told us to not be afraid.
