Mornin' TBH. Looking forward to a great weekend and an interview on Monday...nervous and excited all at the same time. Maybe they won't look past my fresh haircut, new suit, shirt and tie...
Have a good one...and happy Father's Day (early) to all those who hold the title out there.

I had an incident this morning with a neighbors dog. As I was loading Shane into the truck I noticed a pit come trotting down the road, he came part way up the drive way and tried to go through the front pasture fence to where my goats and chickens were. I grabbed the gun out of my truck and started yelling at the dog. He didnt stopp and I flipped the safety off and said a prayer (I always say a prayer every time I take a gun off safety or draw my bow to shoot an animal) I yelled at the dog again and it stopped and went trotting up the road where it came from. I've never pointed my 45 at anything other than a paper target. I drove up the hill and called animal control to let them know about the dog and I ran into the owner. It belongs to someone visiting my "white trash" neighbor. I let him know that I had my gun pointed at his dog with the safety off and my finger on the trigger. I informed him that dogs were shot for a lot less around here and that he would have been responsible for any of my livestock that had been killed or injured. He said he was sorry and that it wouldnt happen again. I'm still a little worried about my livestock today. It was quite the adrenaline rush, I decided I didn't need to stop and get coffee this morning.
Its a lot different standing 10 yards away and pointing a gun at an animal than it is looking through a scope 200 yards away. I'll admit that I started shaking after it was over. I would have hated to shoot someones pet. It really was a sweet dog but I can't have a dog trying to go through my fence to get my livestock.
Yesterday mom called me to come help her quick! I got to her house and one of the goats had 3 babies, we think she has a lot of scar tissue because she wasnt able to nurse any of the babies and I couldn't even milk her, and she's dragging the ground So we now have 3 bottle babies. Anyone want a bottle baby?
Genevieve, you've had some interesting deals going between yesterday and this morning.
I finally get a break from honeydo's and get to "play" at our deer land. BIL and I are going to fill feeders, check cameras at family land then head to the other place for firing up feeders and setting up cameras.
Goal is to be eating lunch and drinking beer at Joe's in Fayetteville by say 12:30-ish. If you see two Bubbas hamming it up, come by and say hi!
Be good and play nice.
and Happy Fathers Day to you young Dads's and older Granddads out there in the green screen-ville.
Mornin' TBH and Happy Father's Day...I think we are gonna drop the engine out of the Ghia after breakfast, church and such. Hope you all have a good one.
