Skinny - let's say thinner and healthier. I have always been "big boned" so packing on the lbs has always been an issue. I feel 100% better - I am proud of me...so is my bride!

Morning all. Fixing to pour a second cup of coffee. I was supposed to head over to Tyler last night for a gtg but stayed home to have supper with my bride. I roasted a boston butt with some skin on mashed taters, pan drippings gravy, and fresh corn. Came out really good! Leftovers will be transformed into Carnitas tomorrow evening.Comment

Good morning all. On my 3rd day off and still am not caught up. I just want one day off with nothing to do. I have 3 rice farmers calling wanting pigs removed and can't find time. Plan - get caught up today and chase pigs in the am. Ok, on my 5th cup of coffee watching a new spotted baby in the back yard. All is good! Gonna read TMAGs daily devotional and be on my way.
