Started work on the big flower bed on the front of the house last night.

Tractor started, as did the yellow jacket nest under the dash.
Tiller did not start......until I was almost done.
Broke the handle on the ho, busting clay chunks.
I'm in terrible shape.
The days are getting short fast!

AHHH!!!!! The joys of being a home owner, But alot of good comes with the work. Now the "honey do" list will come!! Watch out it will cut into your hunting time And I hate yard work!

Good morning all! Had a great day yesterday.....went with in-laws to Las Cruces for service on their Nissan Titan PU.....saw some new country and interesting sights! Passed Holloman AFB going and coming and both times had one of the new F-22 Raptors take off and fly right in front of us. Beautiful machine! It's normally blazing hot in Las Cruces but yesterday it was rainy and very cool, as it was in the Ruidoso area. Today my activity director said she wanted to go for crab claws at the danged casino....I guess I'll have to go with her dangit. The only critters I've had on my trailcams so far are lots of deer, turkeys, ravens, some kind of blue bird, skunks, coons.....no lions yet but there have been multiple sightings in the area lately. I'm living for the day when I get a Jaguarundi on my camera! Have a good 'un all!

Funny you say that. I have a little over two hours of solo time now, and am still not used to the weight difference with my instructor not in there. I keep begging him to let me put weights in the baggage compartment, but no such luck yet!
