Gotta paint a brief picture of this one for everyone. 1 blackbuck, 1 man. 1 blackbuck very small, 1 man significantly larger. Man tells wife who has never held much less fired a gun to shoot very small blackbuck with tranquilizer dart while significantly larger man holds it. Probability of very small blackbuck receiving the dart instead of significantly larger man....NOT HIGH!!

Good thing she couldn't figure the gun out! lol

I was sad to see this season end...until a little thing called Charity 7 opened my eyes to what it's all about. I have the off season to equip the kiddo with a better bow now that her group hunt fire is lit and she yanked back that 40# like it was nothing. Campfires with kids rock.

What amazes me about this "place" is the "friends" you make without ever saying a word. For example, when I told my bride that I found a home (with KRB) for our two labs, the first thing she asked me was "how do you know this guy will take care of them?" ... my response ... "I just do!" It's unexplainable how you can form such a strong bond with people that you've never even seen in the flesh. I've met some TBHers, talked to others on the phone, and communicated with some only through my keyboard. The one thing that they all have in common is that just about all of you would lend me your last sharp broadhead, and I would not hesitate to do the same for you.

It's unexplainable, but can almost bring a tear to your eye.

Took a quick sec to check my Coleman 150qt cooler deal. The order is being processed, according to their website, but they haven't pinged my bank account yet. Won't be surprised if they email me telling me there was a mistake and I won't be getting my $26 150qt marine ice chests.

Here and back to work after working until 1:30AM this morning. Slept until 9:30 and have been taking care of small things here and there.

Gotta love it when you have so much work the days just fly by and your age multiplies before you know it

You need more than a 150 qt cooler if you continue having seasons like this past one. Might I suggest checking auctions for one of those steak trucks that go door to door or even an old Schwann's truck???
