I would try and ride it out. Sounds like the new group doesn’t take it to seriously and may not return year over year. Shoot you some does and keep letting the ones you can get another year on them.

Maybe in a year or two the others will learn the value of QDM and get with the program. Don't over react too soon.

A free lease isn't worth the stress to me. I would be worried about this exact situation, especially if I was putting in that much time and money.

I would ride it out.... Are they hunting your stands and feeders? I would just ask that they set their own sets up...
