Ok, need to vent and see if anyone can help me.
I get a phone call today from the kiddo. At 1:50pm she shows up to the parking lot by the stadium and the car has been towed.
Per the Game day volunteer, she informed my kiddo they started towing vehicles at 9:30am.
The kiddo calls Transportation services to find out where my car is, and she's informed of the lot, and that she has a fine.
Here is my first issue. My kiddo sent me the email which clearly states she has until 3pm today to move the vehicle.
Here is my second issue, when she went to get the car, its painted bumper is scratched to chit.
All I have is the email, some Game day volunteer that the kiddo didn't think to get her name, and a time stamp on when my kiddo called Transportation services about the car.
Who do I go after to get the fine removed and car repaired?
What's frustrating is that layering up is gonna cost more than if I just pay to have the bumper repaired, but I'd still like to know who I can get involved to fix this so it doesn't happen again.
Do I call my State Representative or is this one of life's moment where all I can do is apparel the fine, and move on with life?
