Same. I try to get across to other people in the office that even though some things they do or say are completely harmless, there are people who will try and get you for the sake of getting someone. It's incredible how many people who should understand this don't.

What line of business is he in... and is he a chronic adjuster? In most places of business, you do need to be aware of your surroundings and make adjustments discretely. If somebody can video you making an adjustment... you need to learn tact. I am not talking about working in a welding shop here...

Funny, because women adjust too... it is just above the waist. Double standard though because I doubt people ever complain about it.
