Not sure where OP is, but I know Houston makes you get a “dog license.” You have to renew (and repay) every few years. I wonder what percent of dog owners actually have that.

I received a notice in the mail FOR MY CAT. They knew his name and everything. I thought when I went to the vet, I covered all the expenses for the year, and when he got his shots, that all went to the City of Houston/Harris County?
