I'm not calling anybody a liar, but there is a notion going around that everybody's deer lease has multiple 300 plus pound pigs on it. I have a friend on here that probably won't chime in, but he's a taxidermist and use to operate a pig hunting guide service for many years. He will tell you the same thing. So my point is, don't let that idea that a trophy pig has to be some 300 pound magnum. Go out there and have fun man!
I agree totally. A 300lb hog is HUGE!
This was 205 dressed. So we figured about 250 with guts and this was a big hog. Two of us had a hard time moving this fatty. He stunk to high heaven. This was a gun kill.

We trapped one up in Buffalo last week that was a monster. Boar hog that weighed #325. We sold him about 24 hours after catching him, lost a little water weight but not much.

Took one of my sons buddies on his first hunt couple weeks ago and he got a good one. Not sure on weight, we couldn’t get him hung up on scales

Legit 409# boar hog we killed in Newton in April. I forgot to post him earlier. Biggest boar hog I’ve ever seen. Caught a 352 and 375# boar with dogs but nothing this big!

this one weighed 300. I kill a ton of pigs and anything over 200lbs is a good pig! Good luck!!!!
