Question regarding trying out different bows

I am thinking about upgrading from my Hoyt Vipertec to something else. I want to go shoot the Reezen and Alphamax, and maybe try out the bowtechs, but I have a short draw length (26"). What does the braintrust suggest?

Shoot as many as you can and then buy a Mathews!!!

I guess I should make myself more clear. The bowshops are likely not going to have a 26" bow for me to shoot, so what should I do?

They'll have a 28 or 27 to shoot. You wont be able to get a good feel for it, but still be able to shoot and get a decent feel for hand shock, speed, loudness, it'll just be a little long for you.

Don't worry about speed. As stated, you should be able to find a 27" bow to shoot. Won't fit you perfectly but will give you a feel for the bows. You will know when you find the right one...and dont buy a brand, buy the one you like regardless of brand.
