Need Axis Shot Placement Tips

Can you guys give me an idea on shot placement for axis deer. Will be a rifle hunt .243 and .25-06 Will be the calibers that will be used. Thanks in advance.

for me, I've shot axis like whitetail. tight against the front leg...should be good.

Yep. Follow the leg straight up and put it right in the “V”

The vitals ride just a tad more forward, right to the shoulder is where I shot mine with great results.

Shot 2 this past week in the neck with 22-250 and both dropped in place
