I agree with Hoxie. Somewhat crudely made but fits the picture. Get back out there and find some more. If it's by the river (and a creek) there surely was a camp nearby.
I knowexaxtly where the camp is at. About a 100 yards from this find. Complete with grinding holes in rocks, cooking mound,etc.
