Man, I would hate to tell you what I pay...its not much, but I am really good friends with the owner. Most go from $800 to $1,500, but the key is finding one. Everyone I know that hunts this area has been hunting there forever. The other guy on our lease has been there for over 30 years, and I took a guys spot that had been hunting there that long, but just got too old to get out there.

I know some guys out that way that pay $600 a year for deer lease, the only way a spot opens up is if someone dies.
