    More covert issues

    So last Week I noticed pic production had gone down. Went to the camera and found timer 2 turned on and set from 00:00-09:00. Turned timer off. Verified camera was working and left. During this past week pictures seemed to slow way down again so I checked this morning and the timer was back on. I thought maybe somehow the app was turning it back on but when I looked, all the timers are off. Anyone run into this? Only thing I knew to do at this point was turn it back off and turn off remote. I also ran the latest FW update .14

    Must update EVERY TIME you change the settings.

      Firmware? I tried last week and it said failed like maybe nothing available

                More covert issues

                I’ve had the worst week with them. I had an old card on the billing and forgot to change it. I have 7 cameras on there. 1 in east Texas 3 in central at my cousins ranch and 3 in northwest Oklahoma. Of course they suspended my service and now every camera has been down and will be down til I manually take everything off of them and call into covert and have them remove them from the network and re add them. They had no trouble charging my new card first thing Monday morning but it’s been an absolute cluster trying to get through and get answers and get stuff fixed. As of now I have 1 camera working. Of course it would happen opening week if season as well.

                  If you are turning off a timer, make sure you are changing the setting on your computer rather than your phone app. I have had a problem getting it to update timer info when trying to change it on the app but not on the computer. Heck, I would have both of your timers completely turned off this time of year. The only time I have mine on is when it is blazing hot in the summer and I get false pics due to the temp.

                    I had them off and was my intention. I turned remote off and they seem to be staying off now
