Appears to have a brow on the broke side so not legal.

I have one like that also. Kinda glad hes broke cause he will most likely get a pass from everyone and get to grow

We had one break off like that a few years ago and got him the following year and he was much better. He still might be 13" wide at the break but cant tell from that pic

Looks legal to me. Looks like the G1 wouldn’t make a point so I’d call it unbranched.

Different deer unless he regrew a brow tune after hard horned. Broken main beam buck isn’t legal

Are you wanting to shoot that buck?

Direness deer no doubt. Pic isn’t good enough to tell if he’s wide enough to be legal. The brow tine makes him not a spike.

Was hoping it was a different deer. The non broke one has been around a lot. If differ deer the broke one is new show.

There is conflicting opinions regarding the broke one. If main beam broke non shootsble?
Broken no brow, considered non split antler.
You can still measure to furthest point and may be 13"

Just looking to learn how different situations are viewed in ar county.

Not the broken one, but what if he walked out...can you take the shoot?

Thought the brow could be broken as well.

Different deer... Left brow on bottom deer appears broken off... Top one definitely isn't

I'd pass him now for sure

You're focusing on the right side, look at the left antlers.
