Very excited, it will be my Son's first time up for a deer. Been working on his shooting for years as he has grown and at 8 years old he is shooting the AR very well now.
We have hunted our own land for years but are on a lease now so this will also be his first experience at a true deer camp and will have a few his age to play with. He has no idea what fun he is in for!
I could care less that I am not hunting, just excited to see my boy up to bat! So far he has a rabbit and hog under his belt with his custom 17HMR.
We head north at 430pm today after school and he already has a cough for Monday.. might not make class
I will do a write up when we return, not alot of service up in Timpson
