Usually closer to Thanksgiving before the rut really takes off out there. -
I haven't hunted north of Freds town and east of llano several years on the first day of the season and we also had rutting activity. This year could be different with all the rain but that has been my experience.Comment

Ruts are deep and wide in the roads due to all the rain!Comment
