Plow and plant 70 acres in Hays county. Has been a hay field for the last several years, before that cotton. The guy who has been farming it is retiring. Bowhunting is possible but it is pasture only and next to a very busy intersection. Rifle hunting is not possible.

Is there a particular reason you want to turn it back to crop land?
Get the word out to a couple of farmers in the area. You’ll have it leased in no time. Be prepared for long term lease agreement, takes numerous years to transform fields to producing crop land.
